SnowFest 2026

Break out of the winter doldrums and experience some winter adventures at R. B. Winter State Park's annual SnowFest on Sunday, February 22nd, from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM!
Local organizations such as the Union County Conservation District, Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission, Pennsylvania Game Commission, and more will be setting up family-friendly displays and activities! Join is at 1 PM for a search and rescue demonstration by S.T.R.I.K.E K9 and don't forget to get your picture taken with Smokey Bear!!!
The Mid Penn Trailblazers will be hosting their annual 3.5 mile trail race. Make sure to visit their website for more information and to register before February 15th for this wintry run through the woods!
Join the fun in the Environmental Learning Center, where the Friends of R. B. Winter will hold a silent auction featuring items from many local businesses! Proceeds from the silent auction will be used for programs, events, projects, and needs within the park- come on out and support this effort! Bids must be placed in person at the Environmental Learning Center by 3:00 PM.
Payments for winning bids must be made via cash or check, and winners will be able to take their items home that day!
